Senior Financial Messaging & Middleware Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Design, engineer, deploy, and support FIX and SWIFT messaging platforms.
• Install, configure, and maintain SWIFT infrastructure components and financial messaging services.
• Support message routing, connectivity, security controls, encryption, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Build, enhance, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native architectures, and containerized solutions.
• Lead platform modernization, automation, resiliency, and disaster recovery (DR) initiatives.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA), incident management, and problem management to ensure platform stability.
• Develop and enforce engineering standards, architecture guidelines, and technical documentation.
• Create and maintain operational procedures, runbooks, and support documentation.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, cloud, and application teams to deliver integrated solutions.
