• Financial Aid: Help patients apply for charity care, government health schemes, or financial assistance.
• Payment Planning: Coordinate customized payment schedules and collect upfront deposits.
• Interdepartmental Liaison: Coordinate smoothly with billing, admissions, and clinical teams.
