Senior Financial Analyst

Job Objective:

To enable data-driven decision making through financial planning, business performance analysis and management reporting while enhancing analytical capability and continuity within the FP&A function.

Primary responsibilities:

• Prepare end-to-end annual budgeting and monthly forecasting
• Prepare monthly MIS and business performance reports
• Prepare Product, portfolio and region-wise profitability
• Prepare monthly Sales & RMC report
• Variance analysis and commentary preparation
• Support pricing models and business case evaluations
• Support CAPEX evaluation and investment analysis
• Support business review meetings
• Drive reporting automation and data analytics
• Support strategic projects and ad-hoc management requirements

Educational Requirements:

• M.Com/CA Inter / MBA Finance

Experience:

• 5+ years experience for CA Inter / MBA Finance
• 7+ years relevant experience for M.com
• Strong Excel & any analytical tool experience like PowerBI
