Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A (Night Shift)

What youll do:

• Day-to-day management and configuration of FPM software; maintaining models, dimensions, hierarchies, workflows, forms, reports and dashboards
• Building financial reports, dashboards and management reporting; translating business requirements into system-based reporting
• Ability to query and troubleshoot financial data; understanding relational databases and data structures
• Diagnosing data discrepancies, integration failures, calculation issues and reporting problems
• Working with Finance, Accounting and business stakeholders to translate requirements into system functionality
• Maintaining system documentation, data dictionaries, process documentation and user guides
• Managing system changes, communicating releases and training Finance users
• Ability to understand Finance users' needs and serve as the bridge between Finance, IT and the FPM platform
• Move at the speed of the business during forecast, budget, and close cycles — Planful, NetSuite, and Excel are your toolkit for delivering answers with pace, urgency, and accuracy
• Upgrade the FP&A function itself — sharpen models, modernize reporting tools, and bring structure to a fast-moving environment where your improvements stick

What you’ll bring:

• A BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or STEM field
• 5+ years in FP&A, accounting, or a similarly analytical finance role — bonus points for SaaS, software, and/or PE-backed environments
• Advanced Excel and strong financial modelling skills; experience with NetSuite, Planful, or similar planning / ERP tools is a plus
