Roles & Responsibilities Senior Finance Manager

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Prepare and present monthly MIS, management reports, and financial dashboards.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and financial performance against budgets.
• Conduct project-wise costing, margin analysis, and profitability tracking.
• Review project budgets, actual costs, resource costs, and cost-to-completion.
• Monitor project revenue, billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital requirements.
• Monitor accounts receivable, collections, accounts payable, and outstanding balances.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Ensure accuracy of accounting records, reconciliations, provisions, accruals, and financial statements.
• Establish and strengthen financial controls, processes, and approval mechanisms.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, internal auditors, and external advisors.
• Identify financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation and control measures.
• Support international finance operations, intercompany transactions, and overseas entity reporting.
• Provide financial evaluation and commercial insights for new projects and business opportunities.
• Partner with Production, Operations, HR, Business Development, and senior management teams.
• Provide data-driven financial insights to support management decision-making.
• Drive finance process improvements, automation, and reporting efficiencies.
• Monitor and improve finance systems, ERP, MIS, and reporting processes.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the Finance & Accounts team.
• Ensure timely completion of finance deliverables and adherence to internal timelines.
• Support senior management in strategic financial planning and business decisions.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial and business information.
