Senior Finance Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage financial reporting, statutory compliance, and regulatory reporting for the NBFC.
• Oversee cash reconciliations, lending operations, and ensure accurate financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and maintain internal controls to prevent frauds.
• Prepare MIS reports on a regular basis to track business performance.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in finance & accounts role in an NBFC or similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of IND AS, financial accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements (RBI).
• Proficiency in preparing complex financial statements, cash reconciliations, and statutory reports.
