Senior Finance Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage project finance, budgeting, costing and cash flow.
• Monitor project profitability, construction costs and cost-to-complete.
• Handle bank/NBFC funding, loan drawdowns and lender MIS.
• Prepare project-wise MIS, dashboards and financial reports.
• Oversee project accounting, receivables and collections.
• Ensure GST, TDS, RERA and other statutory compliances.
• Strengthen internal controls, SOPs and ERP-based finance processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years of experience in real estate/construction finance preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project accounting and project finance.
• Experience with bank/NBFC funding and lender reporting.
• Excellent Excel, MIS and analytical skills.
• ERP experience such as SAP, Oracle, Zoho, Highrise, In4 Velocity or similar.
• Strong communication and team-management skills.
