Senior Finance Executive

Role: Senior Finance Executive
Experience: 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting
Qualification: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing, and payment coordination.
• Perform bank, vendor, customer, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing and financial reporting.
• Handle GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and audit documentation.
• Prepare financial reports, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify discrepancies and support process improvements.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Hands-on experience in AP, AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.
