Role & responsibilities

Preferred CA and CMA candidates

• Handle day-to-day accounting and finance activities, including recording and maintaining financial transactions.
• Perform bank reconciliation on a regular basis and ensure all discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
• Handle Tally accounting software for accounting entries, ledger maintenance, vouchers, and financial data management.
• Maintain and update the MDs personal account records, including accurate data entry and tracking of transactions.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for accounts payable, receivables, expenses, and other financial transactions.
• Verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in preparing MIS reports, account statements, expense reports, and other financial reports as required by management.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide the required financial records, documents, and supporting information.
• Assist auditors during audit activities, reconciliations, and verification of financial records.
• Coordinate with banks, vendors, and other stakeholders regarding finance and accounting-related matters.
• Ensure timely updating and maintenance of books of accounts and financial records.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities, wherever required.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
• Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by the Management / Finance Head.
