Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly hands-on Finance & Accounts professional who can manage end-to-end finance operations, compliance, accounting, and transaction structuring.

This role requires:

• Strong execution capability (day-to-day accounting & compliance)
• Sharp analytical thinking (lease structuring, GST impact, agreements)
• Ability to review, control, and own the finance function

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping (Daily Operations Review)

• Manage complete accounting in Tally
• Pass and review:
• Journal entries
• Payment & receipt entries
• Adjustments and provisions
• Ensure real-time book closure (no backlog)
• Maintain accurate classification of financial data
• Identify and rectify incorrect entries

2. Accounts Payable & Receivable Management ( Daily Review )

Accounts Payable (AP):

• Verify vendor invoices (including GST compliance)
• Manage payment schedules and approvals
• Track vendor ageing and outstanding liabilities

Accounts Receivable (AR):

• Monitor collections and customer outstanding
• Prepare ageing reports
• Ensure timely follow-ups and reconciliations

3. GST & Tax Compliance

• Handle end-to-end GST compliance:
• GSTR-1, GSTR-3B filings
• Ensure:
• Correct GST rates and HSN/SAC codes
• Proper ITC claims
• Perform GST reconciliations:
• Books vs returns
• Identify tax inefficiencies and correct them

4. TDS & Statutory Compliance

• Manage TDS:
• Deduction, payment, and return filing (24Q, 26Q)
• Handle reconciliations and compliance timelines
• Support Form 16 / 16A processes

5. Ledger Reconciliation & Financial Control

• Perform periodic reconciliations:
• Bank
• Vendor
• Customer
• Conduct ledger scrutiny and error identification
• Maintain audit-ready books at all times

6. Financial Reporting & MIS

• Prepare:
• P&L statements
• Cash flow reports
• Expense analysis
• Provide insights on:
• Cost control
• Financial risks
• Support management decision-making

7. Documentation & Legal Support

• Draft and maintain:
• Board resolutions
• Financial documentation
• Review documents from a finance and compliance lens
• Maintain organized audit trails

8. Audit & Compliance Support

• Support:
• Internal audits
• Statutory audits

Prepare schedules, reconciliations, and working papers

Requirements:

• Education: CA Inter/IPCC
• Knowledge: Tally, TDS & GST offline utilities, Microsoft excel & Word.
• Other Key Abilities
• Ability to effectively communicate
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to trouble shoot the problems.

Experience:

• Exposure related to handling complete books of accounts, statutory compliance (GST, TDS), reconciliations, financial reporting, and reviewing agreements from a finance perspective.
