Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Receivable / Finance Executive to manage invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, GST and TDS-related activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely customer collections, processing transactions in Oracle ERP, and supporting month-end and statutory compliance activities.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Collection processes.
• Working knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Strong understanding of invoicing and customer account reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP or similar accounting software.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic data analysis.
• Strong follow-up, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification & Experience

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
• Experience: [XX] years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, Collections, or Finance & Accounts.
• Experience in an organization using Oracle ERP will be preferred.
