Senior Finance Associate

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Controllership

• Manage end-to-end accounting and financial operations.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures.
• Prepare and review P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and MIS reports.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
• Review reconciliations, provisions, accruals, and financial schedules.

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Conduct Budget vs Actual and variance analysis.
• Develop financial models and business projections.
• Monitor business performance, profitability, and key financial metrics.
• Provide financial insights to support business decisions.

Working Capital & Cash Flow Management

• Manage cash flow, receivables, payables, and working capital.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and liquidity plans.
• Monitor inventory efficiency and fund requirements.
• Drive improvements in cash conversion cycles.

Audit, Taxation & Compliance

• Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, and regulatory compliance.
• Strengthen internal controls and governance processes.
• Ensure audit readiness and closure of audit observations.

Business Finance

• Partner with leadership teams on financial and commercial decisions.
• Support pricing, investment, procurement, and expansion initiatives.
• Prepare business cases, ROI analysis, and management presentations.
• Deliver meaningful financial insights and recommendations.

Process Improvement & Team Management

• Develop SOPs and strengthen finance processes.
• Drive automation and reporting improvements.
• Lead and mentor finance team members.
• Ensure strong financial discipline across the organization.

Candidate Profile

• Semi-Qualified CA, B.com, or M.com
• 4-7 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, Business Finance, or Financial Controllership.
• Preferred industry exposure: FMCG, Retail, Consumer Products, D2C, E-commerce, or Distribution.
• Strong business partnering and leadership capabilities.
