Senior Finance & Accounts Executive

About the Role:

Winseed India are seeking a Senior Finance & Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Managing accounts payable and receivable
• Completing bank, vendor and customer reconciliations
• Monitoring cash flow and preparing regular MIS reports
• Managing PF, ESI, TDS and GST calculations, payments and statutory filings
• Preparing TDS returns and certificates, including Forms 16 and 16A
• Reconciling TDS records with Form 26AS
• Preparing and filing GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C
• Ensuring compliance with GST e-Invoicing, e-Way Bill and HSN/SAC requirements
• Supporting GST and TDS assessments, departmental notices, audits and related matters
• Coordinating with auditors, tax consultants and government authorities
• Reconciling physical and book stock and investigating discrepancies
• Supporting month-end and year-end close processes
• Assisting with balance sheet schedules and profit and loss reporting

What We're Looking For:

• B.Com, M.Com, MBA in Finance or CA Inter preferred
• At least 5–8 years experience in accounting and statutory compliance
• Hands-on experience with PF, ESI, TDS and GST filings is essential
• Sound knowledge of Accounting Standards and experience using ERP systems
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and PivotTables
• Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy and deadline management
• Strong communication and coordination skills
