Senior Finance & Account Manager

Role & responsibilities

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IND AS and IGAAP.

Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements for a listed company.

Coordinate with internal auditors, statutory auditors, and regulatory bodies.

Oversee general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closings.

Ensure accuracy of financial records and implementation of robust accounting controls.

Work with cross-functional teams to manage project cost accounting, especially for construction or infrastructure projects (added advantage).

Lead and mentor the Accounts team; assign work, conduct performance reviews, and build capabilities.

Drive process improvements and implement best practices in accounting operations.

Assist in preparation of budgets and forecasts; analyze variances.

Oversee GST, TDS, and other indirect/direct tax compliances.

Support implementation and enhancement of financial systems / ERP modules.

Ensure data integrity and streamline accounting workflows.
