About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide on-site technical support to customers for BMC, HP Servers, Linux, motherboard, processor, server hardware issues.
- Troubleshoot complex hardware problems using specialized tools and software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall service quality.
- Develop and maintain documentation of troubleshooting procedures and solutions.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in field support or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of BMC, HP, IBM, Lenovo, Asus, Supermicro Servers, Linux, Windows, Vmware and Ubuntu operating systems.
- Proficiency in hardware troubleshooting techniques including motherboard, raid card, gpu card, memory, processor diagnosis and replacement
