Key Tasks/Responsibilities

New acquisition: Convince Booking Offices to associate with Blackbuck Freight Brokerage

Indent procurement: Influence newly KYCed booking offices to give indents for vehicle placement

Onboarding: Coordinating with Traffic team to ensure initial truck placement for newly KYCed Booking offices

Handover: Handover of newly onboarded BOs to Traffic team for further business operations

Cross functional coordination with Demand team to get Booking office leads and to give them Broker leads

Job Incumbent Requirements

Work Experience: Minimum: 3 Year

Specifications: People coming in from sales background from traditional transport/logistics organisations are preferred. Candidates should have good strong sales and marketing skills.

• Communication Skill - verbal and written skills to be able to effectively communicate with the Booking offices and Traffic team
