Role: Business Development Associate - Field Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with hospitals, doctors, clinics, and diagnostic centres.
• Onboard new healthcare partners and generate patient loan referrals.
• Visit hospitals regularly & Generate The Leads
• Interact with patients and help them understand loan/crowdfunding options.
• Generate leads and support the application/documentation process.
• Track leads, conversions, and daily performance.

Requirements:

• Graduate
• 1+ years of experience in field sales, business development, healthcare, fintech, insurance, or financial services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• English mandatory.
• Comfortable with regular local travel.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
