Senior Field Executives / Ground Coordinators

Core Responsibility: Direct community outreach, event execution, and door-to-door public mobilization.

Key Tasks:

Engage directly with residents, local groups, and families to build trust and community participation.

Assist in organizing door-to-door visits, awareness drives, and local town halls.

Gather local data, survey responses, and real-time community sentiment.

Requirements: Strong communication skills, fluency in local language/dialects, high energy, and comfort working extensively in the field.
