The Fashion Consultant at Isharya will be responsible for delivering a premium luxury retail experience to customers. The role includes engaging with walk-in and repeat clients, understanding their styling needs, showcasing jewellery collections, and driving sales through personalised recommendations. The consultant will maintain high standards of grooming, store presentation and visual merchandising, manage CRM data, assist in achieving monthly targets, and ensure brand values and service standards are consistently upheld.
