Senior Facility Executive

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Executive Facility Management to manage day-to-day facility operations and ensure smooth functioning of residential properties. The role involves coordinating with vendors, managing maintenance activities, addressing occupant requirements, and ensuring compliance with safety and facility standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facility operations and maintenance of assigned properties.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and service agencies for smooth facility operations.
• Supervise MEP, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, housekeeping, security, and other facility services.
• Handle maintenance activities after possession and ensure timely resolution of resident/occupant complaints.
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules and ensure timely closure.
• Coordinate with vendors for AMC, service contracts, quotations, work orders, and service performance.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify maintenance, safety, and operational issues.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, complaints, vendor performance, AMC, and service reports.
• Monitor facility-related expenses and support cost-effective maintenance practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and operational standards.
• Coordinate for emergency maintenance and breakdown resolution.
• Track and maintain inventory of facility-related materials, equipment, and consumables.
• Prepare regular MIS reports related to facility operations, complaints, maintenance, and vendor performance.
• Support handover and transition of projects from construction to facility/operations teams.
• Ensure proper documentation and closure of maintenance issues within defined TATs.
