Senior Fa ade Designer - JG

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Fa ade Designer to lead our Fa ade Design team in developing high-performance fa ade, glazing and cladding solutions. You will be responsible for the technical integrity, quality and delivery of all fa ade design outputs, from concept through to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership and Strategy

• Lead the design process for major fa ade projects and develop innovative concepts and solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, oversight and mentorship to the design team.

Technical Governance

• Act as the final technical authority for reviewing and approving detailed fa ade drawings and specifications.
• Ensure designs adhere to architectural plans, engineering requirements, and local and international building codes.

Team and Stakeholder Management

• Manage and lead project teams of designers and engineers to meet project objectives.
• Act as the main liaison between the design department, project execution teams and clients.

Innovation and Quality Assurance

• Oversee quality control and direct performance assessments of fa ade systems.
• Stay current with industry advancements and champion new technologies and cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree or Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• 7-10 years of progressive experience in fa ade design.
• Expert-level proficiency in advanced CAD software and fa ade design tools.
• Strong knowledge of diverse fa ade materials and systems.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring design teams.
• Strong communication and client-coordination skills.
