Job Summary:
As a Senior F&B Captain , you will oversee multiple sections/outlets, manage a team of captains and associates, and ensure the highest standards of service, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise captains, associates, and stewards across outlets.
- Conduct daily briefings and allocate staff duties.
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, bar, and service team.
- Handle VIP guests, events, and banquets with personalized service.
- Train and mentor staff in service excellence and upselling.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and SOP compliance.
- Assist management with scheduling and service audits.
Required Skills:
