Senior Export Executive

Role & Responsibilities

• Handle export orders, documentation, and shipments.
• Coordinate with international clients, freight forwarders, and shipping agents.
• Prepare invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and export documents.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.
• Ensure compliance with export and customs procedures.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Commerce, International Business, or a related field.
• 13 years of experience in export operations.
• Good knowledge of export documentation and logistics.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Good command of English.
