Salesforce Full-Stack Developer:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Full-Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot, Salesforce connectors and Salesforce Einstein. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in both front-end and back-end Salesforce development, with a strong focus on scalable architecture, secure integrations, and user-centric design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Aura.
• Implement and optimize Sales Cloud features including Leads, Opportunities, CPQ, Forecasting, and Reports/Dashboards.
• Configure and integrate Pardot for marketing automation, lead nurturing, and campaign tracking (Good to Have).
• Leverage Salesforce Einstein for predictive analytics, opportunity scoring, and AI-driven insights (Good to Have).
• Build and maintain Flows, Process Builders, Validation Rules, and Approval Workflows.
• Develop Lightning Apps using Lightning App Builder, Lightning Design System, and custom components.
• Ensure robust data security, sharing rules, and access controls across all implementations.
• Execute REST/SOAP API integrations, including third-party tools and background verification systems.
• Manage deployments using CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA).
• Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, JavaScript, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, and third-party integrations.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits, data modeling, and ETL tools.
• Salesforce certifications such as:
• Platform Developer I & II
• Sales Cloud Consultant
• Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant (preferred)
• Salesforce AI Certified (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations and marketing automation best practices.
• Strong documentation skills for technical and functional design.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
