Position Overview

The Sr. Executive - US Accounts will be responsible for managing end-to-end US accounting processes, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial reporting, payroll compliance, and real estate accounting. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel tools.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping Accounting
• Perform monthly and yearly bookkeeping and accounting projects.
• Manage monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Sales tax working and filing
• Financial Reporting
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
• Reconciliations
• Conduct bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
• Accounting Principles
• Handle accounting under accrual and cash basis principles.
• Specialized Accounting
• Manage real estate accounting and related software applications.
• Payroll Management
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with US payroll tax filings (Forms PHONE_NUMBER).
• Compliance Documentation
• Maintain knowledge of all accounting forms and documentation.
• Task Management
• Prioritize tasks and deliver results under tight deadlines.
