c. Communicate proactively with stakeholders across time zones and geographies.
d. Build strong working relationships with customers, OEMs, and internal business units.
4. Onboarding, Training & Deployment Readiness
a. Coordinate the complete engineer lifecycle from hiring handover and onboarding through training and site deployment.
b. Track training completion, technical readiness, documentation, and customer-specific requirements.
c. Partner with engineering and training teams to close readiness gaps before deployment.
d. Establish readiness checkpoints and improve deployment turnaround times.
5. Operational Governance & Reporting
a. Own operational dashboards and recurring reports covering workforce availability, utilisation, deployment status, idle time, and compliance.
b. Analyse operational trends, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
c. Maintain accurate workforce records, deployment trackers, and management reporting.
d. Drive standardisation, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Team Leadership & Process Improvement
a. Guide junior operations team members and ensure consistent execution across workflows.
b. Take ownership of complex cases and escalations with minimal supervision.
c. Develop SOPs, review mechanisms, and scalable processes to support a growing global workforce.
d. Identify opportunities for automation, predictive workforce planning, and improved operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
