Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining for assigned positions.
Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements, interviews, feedback and offer closure.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, consultants, referrals and other channels.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and hiring dashboards.
Support onboarding and pre-joining engagement activities.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events and celebrations.
Coordinate employee communication, feedback surveys and recognition initiatives.
Maintain engagement calendar, participation data and activity reports.
Support HR projects and other initiatives as assigned.
