Senior Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage accounts finalization, including preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and other reports.
• Ensure compliance with UK GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
• Oversee the preparation of CT (Corporate Tax) returns and FRS (Financial Reporting Standards) statements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely submission of tax returns and other regulatory filings.

Job Requirements :

• 2+ years' experience in accountancy or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of UK accounting standards (GAAP & IFRS), corporate taxation (CT), and financial reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in Quick Books or similar accounting software; Xero certification an advantage.
