Senior Executive

Key Responsibilities -

T he primary role of floor Coordinators/Executives are to maintain proper coordination the In patient Wards and Critical Areas, facilitating processes like discharges, shiftings and also enhancing the patient experience .

1. Responsible for f acilitating Discharge summary preparation and finalization.
2. Responsible for s mooth process of discharge .
3. Responsible for doing file s audit of patient (IPD).
4. Responsible for t aking ( Admin Ward ) r ounds .
5. Responsible for f ollowing up with Patients having high Outstanding bill amount and facilitating their amount deposition .
6. Overall coordination and resolution of any managerial issues taking place in the respective allocated areas .
7. monthly d ischarge tracker should be submitted at the end of each month .
8. Ensure that Compliance Data for Internal audit should be submitted daily by the EOD .
9. Ensure that r espective Ward Round Data should be submitted by EOD where the issues taken during ward rounds are to be closed and addressed .

All other work assigned by management / HOD time to time
