Candidates who have experience in Training/ Quality Analyst/ Communication Coach/
Must have experience as communication trainer/ coms coach/ QA
- Experience in using MS Office.
- Should be open to rotational shifts and WO.
- Ability to drive conversation as per client approved communication style.
- Should be able to bring agents up to speed on cultural nuances (UK).
