Senior Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Review the commercial aspects of tenders, RFQs, LOIs, LOAs, POs, WOs, and contract agreements.
• Identify commercial risks and provide appropriate advice and recommendations to the Sales team.
• Prepare and maintain deviation lists.
• Attend and participate in commercial negotiation meetings, as required.
• Review and process order intake requests and ensure timely order entry in SAP and ERP systems.
• Provide post-award contractual support to the Region/Branch for effective contract administration.
• Review and negotiate bank guarantee texts with banks and customers, as required; authorize issuance and manage bonds/bank guarantees.
• Support the Region/Branch in preparing variation claims, cost claims, and Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
• Act as a Letter of Credit (LC) specialist by reviewing LCs at the drafting stage and advising customers on any required amendments.
• Provide advice and support on contractual and financial matters.
• Manage project-related contractual correspondence in a supporting capacity.
• Prepare and process financial statements and reports.
• Demonstrate a willingness to take on challenging tasks and responsibilities.
• Be inquisitive, proactive, results-oriented, and a self-starter.
• Work in a centrally based position at the Head Office.
• Provide support and assistance to the Head of Commercial.
