Senior Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and reconciliation monthly TDS workings
• Preparation and filing support for monthly GST returns (GSTR-1 & GSTR 3B)
• Reconciliation of Books of Accounts with GSTR-2B
• Handling audits including Inter al, Statutory, and Government audits
• Preparation and maintenance of Fixed Asset Register (FAR)
• Managing Banking and Treasury operations, NEFT/RTGS/BG etc.
• Invoice booking and accounting entries in total
• Handling Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
• Preparation of Profit & Loss reports and financial statements
• Preparation of MIS reports including Sales MIS and Sector-wise P&L reports
• MSME return workings and coordination for filing-related documentation
• Managing month-end closing activities and passing manual journal entries
• Knowledge of Forex payments and related accounting procedures
• Monthly remittance and complies for PF, PT, ESIC, and GST challans
• Finalization of accounts with adjustments entries. Qualification
• Relevant experience in Account & Finance functions preferred

Key Skills Required Required Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, and statutory compliances
• Experience in audit coordination and financial reconciliations
• Good understanding of Banking and Treasury functions
• Hands-on experience in ERP/SAP S4 Hana, accounting software and MS Excel
• Knowledge of Forex transactions and compliance procedures
• Attention to detail with strong analytical and reporting skills
• Tally Proficiency
