Senior Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to candidate joining and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and business stakeholders to understand requirements, job specifications, skills and experience expectations.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job portals, employee referrals, LinkedIn, social media, consultants and direct sourcing.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, cultural fit and business requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for interviews, feedback, candidate evaluation and selection.
• Drive offer discussions, compensation negotiations, offer release and closure.
