Senior Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Support greenfield factory design and setup for Metal & Acetate manufacturing.
• Assist in plant layout, utilities, equipment installation and process flow planning.
• Manage project activities including project timelines, vendor coordination, machine installation, commissioning and project closure.
• Conduct process trials, capability studies and production validation before handover to operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth machine commissioning and production readiness.
• Track project actions, identify issues and ensure timely closure.

Candidate Profile:

• 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing, projects, industrial engineering or plant setup.
• Highly analytical, hands-on and fast-learning with strong problem-solving skills.
• High ownership and ability to work independently in a dynamic greenfield project environment.
• Good coordination and project management skills.
• Exposure to Metal / Acetate manufacturing, machine installation or factory setup will be preferred.
