Senior Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Work on R2R Reconciliation process, ensuring accurate and timely operational delivery.
• Manage day-to-day client and stakeholder relationships and support service review discussions.
• Ensure adherence to defined SLAs, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
• Lead and supervise the team, providing guidance, coaching, performance feedback, and support for team development.
• Identify operational issues, risks, and process gaps and proactively drive timely resolution.
• Drive process standardization, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency across reconciliation activities.
• Work closely with internal teams, onshore stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support transition and project setup activities, including resourcing, knowledge transfer, and movement to BAU.
• Monitor team capacity and resource utilization to ensure effective delivery as per business requirements.
• Drive people-management initiatives including performance management, employee engagement, learning & development, retention, and attrition management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and contribute to operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

CA/CPA/CMA Qualified

Any Finance graduate
