Senior Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement pricing strategies for air cargo operations to maximize revenue growth and profitability.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to inform pricing decisions.
• Negotiate rates with carriers, forwarders, and other stakeholders to secure optimal terms.
• Manage freight forwarding operations from booking shipments to delivery, ensuring timely execution of logistics plans.

Job Requirements :

• 5-14 years of experience in air cargo industry or related field (e.g., logistics).
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes, including customs clearance and documentation requirements.
• Proficiency in rate negotiation techniques and ability to analyze complex data sets for informed decision-making.
• Proven track record of developing effective pricing strategies that drive business results.
