Client Location: Mumbai,Bangalore,Delhi
Employment Type: Full Time
Experience Required: 3 – 6Years
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M.)

NOTE: In-house General Counsel (GC) experience mandatory.

Job Description:

• Reviewing, negotiate and finalization of commercial contracts from both client and vendor perspective
• Handling internal & external stakeholders with strong legal acumen.
• Ability to provide proposal drafting support
• Reviewing of RFP’s, Tenders, RFQ’s, Power of attorney, pre-bid queries, deviation matrix, cover letters, declarations, bid compliance check list, etc
• Updated on current legal developments and laws
