Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee life cycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training & development, performance management, succession planning, compensation & benefits administration.
  
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to labor laws such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity Act etc.
  
• Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures aligned with business objectives.
  
• Provide guidance on employment law matters to ensure legal compliance.
  
• Collaborate with senior leadership team members on strategic initiatives for organizational growth.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-10 years of experience in an HR role within the FMCG/Dairy industry (preferably).
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
  
• Strong understanding of Business HR principles and practices; ability to apply them effectively.
  
• Excellent communication skills; ability to build strong relationships at all levels within the organization.
