Senior Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Executive Recruitment with 6+ years of strong experience in Contract Hiring / Contract Staffing, preferably in IT recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contract recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and databases.
• Handle multiple and bulk IT hiring requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, negotiations, and joining formalities.
• Manage candidate and client/vendor relationships.
• Achieve hiring targets, SLA/TAT, and closure timelines.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.

Requirements

• 6+ years of recruitment experience with strong Contract Hiring expertise.
• Proven experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
• Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume hiring and work in a target-driven environment.
