Senior Executive

Role & responsibilities

* Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and deployment

processes.

* Maintain employee records, manpower databases, attendance, leave, and shift schedules.

* Prepare payroll inputs, overtime details, and manpower reports.

* Support performance management and employee development initiatives.

* Manage contractor workforce documentation and statutory compliance

* Handle employee grievances and coordinate disciplinary actions as per company policies.

* Conduct employee engagement, welfare, grievance handling, and disciplinary proceedings.

Marine, Jetty & Berth Support Responsibilities:

* Coordinate administrative support for marine operations, vessel movements, and berth activities.

* Liaise with Marine Operations, Port Authorities, Customs, Immigration, and other regulatory agencies as required.

* Maintain records related to vessel arrivals, departures, berthing schedules, and operational manpower.

* Coordinate accommodation, transport, and welfare support for marine crews and operational teams.

* Assist operational teams during vessel loading, unloading, berthing, and marine emergency situations.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 5 - 8+ Years

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources.

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources.

Industry Experience: Ports, Marine Terminals, Shipping, Logistics, or Industrial Operations preferred.

Location: Kadmat - Lakshadweep
