Role & responsibilities

• Fraud detection and prevention by Screening/ Sampling & Hind sighting
• Monitoring and Field verification of customer profile on high value cases
• Field investigation on fraud cases and share findings with departments
• Vendor connect, empanelment and billing management
• Branch training on RCU & Various aspects along with feedback to branches

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate must be graduate in any stream.
• Preferred working in HFC/NBFC
• 2-7 years of experience.
