Senior Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage sales orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, including production planning and logistics coordination.
• Monitor order status updates and communicate with customers regarding shipment delays or changes.

Job Requirements :

• 1-2 years of experience in order management, preferably in the petrochemical industry.
• Strong understanding of sales order processing, invoice verification, and order fulfillment processes.
• Proficiency in SAP systems is required; knowledge of other ERPs an asset.
