Senior Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver behavioral training programs for retail staff to enhance customer service skills, product knowledge, and sales performance.
• Develop and maintain learning materials such as manuals, guides, and online courses to support training initiatives.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging training content that meets business objectives.
• Monitor trainee progress, provide feedback, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

Job Requirements :

• 2-3 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field.
• Strong understanding of behavioural training techniques and methodologies.
• Experience in developing LMS (Learning Management System) content is an asset.
