Senior Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute analytical methods for biosimilar products using techniques such as HPLC, ELISA, gel electrophoresis, MSAT, etc.
• Transfer technology from R&D to manufacturing scale-up by ensuring process validation and equipment qualification.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues related to upstream processing and cell culture.
• Conduct method development activities for new product launches or process improvements.

Job Requirements :

• 2-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry with expertise in analytical development (ADL) and bioanalytical testing.
• Strong understanding of biologics/biosimilars production processes and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA guidelines).
• Experience in technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing scale-up is essential.
• Proficiency in various analytical techniques including HPLC, ELISA, gel electrophoresis, MSAT.
