Senior Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day branch activities, ensure smooth deposit, withdrawal, loan and member-service operations
• Handle member queries, grievances, account-related requests and service issues
• Promote and manage FD/RD/deposit schemes, monitor deposit mobilization and renewals
• Process loan applications, verify documents, coordinate appraisal/sanction/disbursement and monitor repayments
• Follow up on overdue loans, coordinate recovery activities and monitor delinquent accounts
• Allocate work, monitor junior executives/clerical staff and review daily performance
• Verify transactions, cash balances, vouchers, receipts and day-end reports
• Ensure branch operations follow cooperative-society rules, bylaws, internal policies and audit requirements
• Coordinate statutory/internal audits and provide required records and explanations
• Prepare daily/monthly reports covering deposits, loans, collections, business growth and branch performance
• Identify prospective members, increase deposits and loans, and support branch/business targets
• Identify irregular transactions, documentation gaps, overdue accounts and operational risks
• Report branch performance and significant issues to the Branch Manager/General Manager/senior management
• Resolve escalated complaints and ensure timely service to members

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates from other than Tamil Nadu state is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with ability to present complex data insights effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams towards achieving goals.
