Senior Executive - Used & New Car Loans

Role & responsibilities:
Responsible for sourcing and processing New Car and Pre-Owned Car Loans, managing dealer relationships, supporting customers throughout the loan journey, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate business through dealers, DSAs, brokers, and direct customer sourcing.
• Achieve monthly loan disbursement targets.
• Build and maintain strong dealer and customer relationships.
• Guide customers on loan products, EMI plans, and documentation requirements.
• Collect, verify, and submit KYC and income documents.
• Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for loan processing and disbursement.
• Track loan applications and update CRM records.
• Provide post-disbursement support and resolve customer queries.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Sales and relationship management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle loans, banking, or NBFC products.
• Target-oriented with good negotiation skills.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in vehicle finance, banking, NBFC, or sales.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.

KPIs:

• Loan disbursement achievement.
• Dealer acquisition and engagement.
• Login-to-disbursement turnaround time (TAT).
• Portfolio quality and customer satisfaction.
