Senior Executive - US Accounts

Position Overview

Sr. Executive - US Accounts will be responsible for managing end-to-end US accounting processes, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial reporting, payroll compliance, and real estate accounting. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel tools.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform monthly and yearly bookkeeping and accounting projects.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
• Conduct bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
• Handle accounting under accrual and cash basis principles.
• Manage real estate accounting and related software applications.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with US payroll tax filings.
• Maintain knowledge of all accounting forms and documentation.
• Prioritize tasks and deliver results under tight deadlines.
