Senior Executive - UI/UX

Purpose/Objective

We are looking for a passionate and experienced UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital product experiences.
The ideal candidate will have strong product design expertise, an eye for detail, and the ability to translate business requirements into seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Lead end-to-end product design from discovery through delivery across web and mobile platforms Define and track key UX metrics — retention, task completion, and engagement signals Create high-fidelity prototypes to communicate interaction design and micro-animations Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize findings into actionable design decisions Partner with product managers to shape roadmaps through informed design strategy

Technical Competencies

A/B Testing,Figma,Information Architecture,UI Design

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field
