Senior Executive Trainer

What a day looks like:

1. Conduct CRTs and OJTs during Induction for On-rolls & Off-rolls (Could be daily)
2. Conduct a detailed floor walk for the new hires (Ratio 1:30)
3. Conduct RCAs and facilitate Refresher trainings
4. Business Improvement Initiatives (Ideate and participate in FC improvement measures)
5. Strong partnership with Ops for Process streamlining
6. Performance Management and insights
7. Tracking 0-30 days performance for new joiners
8. Initiate continuous improvement initiatives for mature staff (60+ days)
9. Should be able to manage a shift end-to-end (including deployment)
10. Take part in fortnightly / monthly trainer certifications
11. Maintain SME knowledge by participating in FC operations and bridging gaps b/w L&D and Ops

Must Have Qualifications:

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in Facilitation, Content Development, and Instructional Design
2. Excellent written and oral communication
3. Advanced MS Office and LMS tools (e.g., Absorb) proficiency
4. Should be able to read and interpret data and conduct trend analysis
5. Willing to work all shifts, including night shift.
6. Willing to work on overtime as and when required
7. Strong stakeholder management skills
8. Must be extremely dynamic and be able to thrive under pressure

Desired Qualifications:

1. 1 +yrs Experience of Warehouse operations and/or training will be an added advantage
2. 1 +yrs Experience of working in a reputed big FC
