Role-Specific Responsibilities

As a Tele-Sales Executive, you will connect with prospective customers, mainly HNI Client or International Clients to introduce them to AIWC's integrated wellness services, understand their interests, and help them take the next step towards a consultation.

• Explain the clinic's wellness offerings and available therapies in a clear, customer-friendly manner.
• Generate interest in personalised wellness consultations and programmes.
• Contact prospective customers, follow up on enquiries, and schedule consultations.
• Understand customer requirements and direct clinical questions to the appropriate medical professional.
• Maintain customer databases, track leads, and update call outcomes.
• Achieve assigned calling, appointment-booking, and conversion targets.
• Maintain a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approach while discussing health and wellness services.
